Hello, I am Dr. Arzu Girişken.

I work in the field of behavioral science and strive to integrate my studies with everyday life and the business world. As I see how these insights enrich my life, I hope they will benefit you in the same way.

After completing my MBA, I earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration. Before starting my doctoral studies, I worked as an executive in various sectors, primarily in strategic management.

Currently, I serve as an Associate Professor in the Business Administration Department at the Final International University and teach in the MBA Program at Istanbul Bilgi University. Throughout this academic journey, sharing my knowledge and experiences with my students has been a great pleasure for me.

I am also the founder of CorpEQ. CorpEQ is an organization that conducts research focused on understanding emotions in management, provides training on human-centered management topics to institutions, and offers management consulting to executives for their strategic planning. Here, I am involved both as a founder and in my roles as an instructor and management consultant.

My book, "Corporate EQ: Understanding Emotions in Management," is the first Corporate Emotional Memory book written in English and has made a significant contribution to the international literature. My goal in writing this book was to bring the effects of emotional intelligence on management to a wider audience.

In addition to my academic background, I play an active role in the entrepreneurship ecosystem as a female entrepreneur. Working with national and international institutions, I mentor entrepreneurs focusing on the concept of "value-based entrepreneurship." I am a Board Member of Gen Türkiye and GEN Global, and I also work with the Habitat Association.

Moreover, I have organized and moderated series such as "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conferences," "Value Creators," and "Postmodern Management Talks." I have been a keynote speaker at numerous national and international academic and professional conferences. These events have given me the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences with large audiences.

Ultimately, I work to emphasize the importance of emotional intelligence and behavioral management in both academic and professional fields. My interest and passion for these subjects allow me to reach more people each day, which truly excites me.
