Baldan Aydemir

Baldan Aydemir is a strategist specialized in communication and brand management, combining academic expertise with professional experience. She holds a dual major in Business Administration and Public Relations from Istanbul Bilgi University and completed a Brand Management program at Berkeley University. Currently pursuing her master’s degree in Marketing Communications, Aydemir integrates communication psychology with behavioral science through her neuroscience education at Açık Beyin Academy.

Since the early years of her career, Baldan Aydemir has provided consultancy to numerous corporate brands and has led training programs, workshops, and advisory projects in brand communication, leadership communication, and storytelling. She has collaborated with major organizations such as Enerjisa, Doğuş Holding, Kalyon PV, Vakıfbank, and UNDP Türkiye, focusing on the design of internal communication strategies, development of brand language, and enhancement of professional representation skills.

In the academic field, she lectures on communication, entrepreneurship, media, and brand management at universities including Hasan Kalyoncu University, Marmara University, and Medipol University. Additionally, she serves as a trainer and mentor in entrepreneurship acceleration programs, helping young professionals strengthen their communication abilities and brand-oriented perspectives.

Baldan Aydemir approaches communication as a way of being rather than a skill. In her trainings, she teaches participants not only how to speak but how to create meaning. By blending emotional intelligence, body language, generational awareness, and inclusive dialogue, she provides organizations with human-centered and strategically grounded communication solutions.
