Elif Dağdeviren began her career as a film translator for TRT and continued with roles such as a reporter and columnist for publications like Aktüel, Hürriyet, Akşam, and Esquire. She also served as the editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan Turkey and Kelebek newspaper. In television, she worked as a producer and moderator for channels like STAR, ATV, SkyTurk, and Turkmax.
She was a pioneer in Turkey's digital content landscape by founding netbul.com, the country's first internet content provider and search engine. Through Netbul, she launched Turkey's first digital news agency and various micro-sites on topics such as children, women, and games. She also facilitated the first major content company sale in the country, which gained international attention.
After selling Netbul, she established a film production company and produced television programs and several feature films that gained recognition at major international festivals. Some of these films, such as Beyza’nın Kadınları, Cenneti Beklerken, İftarlık Gazoz, and Dondurmam Gaymak (which was Turkey’s official Oscar submission), received widespread acclaim. Additionally, she co-founded a concert venue with a capacity of 4,000 people and organized nearly 40 international concerts.
Elif Dağdeviren brought all her experiences together under the company EDGE CCF (Creative Content & Filmmaking), where she focuses on film production, communication and brand consultancy, cultural and artistic education, and events. She also develops digital and cultural-art projects. With her partners, she founded MANZA.io, working to shape the future of the world in Web 3.0. Individually, she continues to write as a guest author and works on her own books and scripts. She is also a professional speaker, moderator, and educator in production and new media. Elif Dağdeviren identifies herself as an ethical vegan and climate activist, actively supporting social responsibility projects.
In 2023, she joined Calinos Films as a co-manager, a position she sees as a realization of her dreams for the global representation of Turkish cinema and television. She brings her extensive knowledge, network, and experience to the group to produce national and international projects that make a significant impact.
Elif Dağdeviren is the President of the Board of Trustees of the Anatolity Sustainable Culture and Arts Foundation, a board member of MetaverseUnion (which she co-founded), a member of the TOBB Creative Industries Assembly, and a board member of the Vote and Beyond Association. She is also a member of EFA (European Film Academy) and EWA (European Women's Audiovisual Network). She previously served as the president of the TÜRSAK Board of Directors and as the director of the International Antalya Film Festival. Through Cinema of Turkey, which she founded, she works as a "voluntary cultural ambassador" to promote Turkey and Turkish cinema in the international film industry.
