He offers sales, business development, networking coaching, and networking consultancy services to the business world and the startup ecosystem.

He is an Angel Investor and Chairman of the Advisory Board at a startup that has a mobile application called Networking Assistant.

He is also an Angel Investor and Advisory Board Member at a U.S.-based AR-focused meditation startup.

Erdal is a Founding Member of the Metaverse Association and organized the world’s first Metaverse Networking Event in December 2021.

After completing his studies at Saint Benoit French High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Business, his sales career began in Turkey and continued across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and CIS countries, including three years residing in Spain.

Through his brand New Business Sales Development, he has introduced various companies’ products to target countries.

Since 2005, he has been working at Guns of Marketing, a company he founded, focusing on strategic communication, sales development, marketing, and custom software solutions.

He pioneered a world-first by organizing Speed Networking events in total darkness.
In 2018, he completed his CTI coaching certification.

He launched a social responsibility project called "Everyone Has a Way," which aims to raise awareness of autism.

Erdal is a professional theater actor in an international team based in Italy. He also acts in commercials and films, performs in short films, reads stories to children, expresses himself through dance, enjoys listening to people’s stories, and loves touching lives. He travels on his motorcycle every day of the year to reach more people.
