Hülya Mutlu

My development journey, which began at Hacettepe University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, continued with specialized training abroad. I completed programs at South Essex College in the UK (business and management courses), The Coaching Academy (corporate coaching), and Oxford University (leadership development and management). In Turkey, I graduated from Adler Coaching School. I also received training in transactional analysis both in Turkey and the UK. My academic studies and research continue in the Department of Psychology at Üsküdar University.

Throughout my corporate career, I worked in human resources, quality, corporate social compliance, sales, and customer relations.

Since 2006, my professional journey has taken me across the Istanbul, Birmingham, and Perth triangle under the umbrellas of Enmac Consulting in Turkey, HMIENGLAND in the UK, and Equal in Australia. I have provided training and consulting services to numerous local and international organizations in various sectors. I offer consulting, coaching, and mentoring to executives at all levels, including board members, in both the UK and Turkey. I also served as an external instructor at Bahçeşehir University for four years, teaching credit-based COOP courses.

I design my training and talks by harnessing the power of humor. I see the impact of humor on learning through the feedback I receive on my short videos. I also extensively use the “storytelling” method, which I believe in the power of, during my training and seminars.
My motto is the Latin phrase, "Bene diagnoscitur, bene curatur," meaning “Correct diagnosis brings correct treatment.” This phrase clearly reflects my approach to work and how I conduct my business. Although problems and expectations may seem similar, I believe they contain important differences in the details, and correctly identifying these differences facilitates the solution. With this belief, in all the work I do, I prioritize offering content and solutions tailored to the individual, process, and institution.

As someone who has made it a life mission to leave goodness and beauty wherever I can, through knowledge, my promise to myself is: May the journey of learning and teaching never end throughout your life.
